- All dishes must be washed and put away.
- No food is to be left in the house.

Rubbish bin must be emptied and placed at the entrance of the property in the container on departure.

- Please leave house in the same condition as you found it.

Baboons are a problem – please make sure ALL windows are closed, doors locked and the alarm is activated when leaving the house.

You will be responsible for damage to any items in the premises. If damage caused by negligence from your side - you will be charged accordingly.

- The house is only serviced once a week.

PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% Deposit secures booking – will be confirmed.
- Balance to be paid direct to owner or can be paid on arrival at Nyala Estates (no credit card facility).

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations 0 to 21 days prior forfeits 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations more than 22 days prior forfeits 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- Cancellation more than 35 days prior forfeit nil of the deposit.
